2. Write your username and location
3. Describe the incident in detail

We prioritize reports concerning different forms of physical risk; however, we react to all reports within 48 hours.

Reporting inside the app

Reporting in the app is fast and easy. To report a profile you just need to tap on the shield symbol when matching or when a person is on your friends list. Once you have done so, a list of reasons why you are reporting this member will appear for you to choose from.

Is someone else's behavior disturbing you?

If you are worried about something that you have experienced on sayoki.app, please contact us to let us take action against users that violate our Community Guidelines.

Are you or somebody close to you experiencing physical danger?

If you or somebody close to you is in danger, such as violence or suicide threats, please report to us and contact the police immediately. Emergency reports are prioritized for us and we work with the police and other authorities to solve the problem.
