No, you are not able to join SayOki if you are under 18 years old. If you find a user that is under 18 years old on our platform, contact us right away via this link or report their profile in the app. Learn more about our age policy on our Community Guidelines page.
Is SayOki free to use?
Yes, Say Oki is free to download and start using. But there are extra services that are not free. You can pay to use the various extra features to make your experience on the app more exciting.
I received an email from you, but I haven't used the app before. Why did this happen?
Perhaps somebody tried to sign up for Sy Oki using your email address by mistake. To unsubscribe from our emails you need to open any email from Say Oki and click the 'Unsubscribe' button in the bottom of the email. After that you will stop receiving any emails from Say Oki.
You blocked my account for inappropriate behavior, but I did not violate the Community Guidelines. How can I unblock my account?

No, Say Oki does not share your exact location with other users. Other users just see the country where you are located.
I want to make one more account. Is it possible on Say Oki?
No, it is impossible to create more than one account from one user on Say Oki. If you have received a notification that you have more than one account, then please use the account you registered with first.
How to delete my account?
To delete your account on Say Oki you need to login to your account and go to your profile settings, then choose 'Help and Feedback' and select the 'Delete account' option.

We recommend keeping your communication on the Say Oki platform when you don't know the person well. Users who ask for your contact information can have bad intentions.
Is it safe to share my financial information on Say Oki?
It is completely unsafe to share your financial information online. Never share data that can give access to your financial accounts. Contact us immediately if someone asks you for your details or money.
Can I send money to other users on Say Oki?
No, it is impossible. Never send money to people online, even if someone claims to be in danger. Don't use wire transfer or any other tools to send money to other members online. It is rarely possible to reverse the transaction and track where your money goes.
